BHS OSA Gulf Reunion in Dubai

Room rates are as follows:

Single Dhs. 800/- (approx. US$ 217) plus 20% taxes - inclusive of breakfast

Double Dhs. 850/- (approx. US$ 230) plus 20% taxes - inclusive of breakfast

Tourism fee Dhs. 20/- (approx. US$ 5) per room per day

- Kindly confirm your attendance to your respective Chapter Heads to enable them to consolidate the bookings for each area and to coordinate with the OSA office accordingly.

- Payment for the hotel rooms is to be made directly to the hotel during your stay in Dubai.

1100 – 1300 hrs. Business Meeting
Followed by Lunch
2100 hrs. Gala Dinner

07 March 2015 / Saturday
1500 – 2200 hrs. Desert Safari

We have the following activities arranged:

(Meeting room rental, continuous coffee breaks/ beverages, buffet lunch & alcohol)
Dhs. 400/- US$ 110/- Gala Dinner on 06 Mar, Fri
(Seated dinner, alcohol & entertainment)
Dhs. 500/- US$ 135/- Desert safari on 07 Mar, Sat
(Safari, entertainment, dinner & alcohol)
Dhs. 400/- US$ 110-

Total Dhs. 1300/- US$ 355/-

Package price for all 3 activities
Dhs. 1100/- US$ 300/-

- You may book per activity, but it is advisable to take the entire package.

- Payment for the above activities are to be made to your respective Chapter Heads, who will consolidate and forward to the OSA office.
