Dear All,
I am thrilled to share that our recent 31st OSA International Convention was a tremendous success, and I couldn’t be happier to have seen so many familiar and new faces. It was truly heartwarming to reconnect, reminisce, and make new memories together.
We kicked off the Convention on the morning of Saturday July 5 with our General Assembly at the BHS Meeting House, which set the tone for the weekend.
We were proud to host around 100 Old Scholars and friends at the General Assembly. The program was both meaningful and inspiring. A special moment was dedicated to honouring former OSA President Mr. Nazih Khattar '66 for his exceptional leadership and commitment during his tenure.
We also celebrated the 50th and 25th graduation anniversaries of the Class of 1975 and the Class of 2000 respectively. Congratulations once again to these milestone classes!
The dinner that followed that night at Fertil was a highlight, drawing over 160 guests. The venue was buzzing with laughter, joy, and friendship, and Old Scholars from around the world danced the night away and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Sunday July 6 brought even more fun with our Sports Day, where more than 80 Old Scholars and their families joined us for a range of lively and entertaining activities at the BHS campus. The day and the Convention concluded with a delicious traditional lunch at the school cafeteria, where the good food and great company continued to shine.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended this year’s Convention and helped make this event so special. To those who couldn't make it this year, we missed you and hope you’ll join us next time.
